1. 強化教師專業與雙語國際化

- 鼓勵教師進修,提升素養導向課程設計與評量專業。

- 與國際姐妹校合作,辦理雙聯學位、交換生計畫與跨國課程共學,讓學生具備全球競爭力。

- Encourage teachers to pursue professional development and enhance competence in curriculum design and assessment aligned with competency-based education.
- Establish interdisciplinary curriculum design communities and promote CLIL and EMI teaching to gradually build bilingual curriculum modules.

2. 深化升學導向與學習成果
- 針對普通科學生加強學科基礎,落實課業輔導,發展校內「升學導師制度」,定期追蹤學生進路。
- 推動自主學習與專題探究成果展,結合大學科系資源,提升學生銜接高教的競爭力。
- 訂定 KPI,如大學錄取率、頂尖科系比例、海外大學申請成功案例,並公開成效。

2. Enhancing College Entrance Orientation and Learning Outcomes
- Reinforce academic foundations for general high school students, implement academic counseling, and establish an in-school “College Guidance Mentor System” to regularly track student progress.
- Promote independent learning and project-based research exhibitions, connecting students with university-level resources to strengthen competitiveness.
- Set measurable KPIs such as university admission rates, percentage of top-tier program placements, and successful overseas applications, and make achievements publicly visible.

3. 建立全人教育與品德陶冶
- 在課程與活動中導入「愛、信、望、仁、義、誠、真、善、美、和」等核心價值,形塑學生正向人格。
- 規劃服務學習、志工參與、生命教育活動,培養學生責任感與同理心。
- 辦理品格典範講座與校友故事分享,強化「以德為本,以學為用」的教育理念。

- 依據學生學習風格與未來進路,規劃分層教學、課後輔導及多元選修,讓學生在學科表現與專長培養之間取得平衡。
- 成立「升學資源中心」,邀請大學教授、業界專家進行生涯諮詢,協助學生選擇最合適的進路。
